Product Introduction
The Mileage Counter Inertial Navigation Type Track Geometry Measurement Instrument (referred to as: AIS800M) is a track geometry measurement product that combines an inertial navigation system with a mileage sensor, balancing accuracy and efficiency. It is dedicated to solving the precision measurement of ballasted existing lines without a control network at speeds below 160km/h, and guiding the precision tamping operations of large-scale track maintenance machinery.
Product Advantages
- The use of inertial navigation instead of pure gyroscopes can eliminate the impact of factors such as working speed, edge fatness, and chipping on measurement data during operation;
- Each maintenance aims to adjust the track as close as possible to the "design line"; the data is processed as a whole, which can effectively solve the fitting and adjustment of line shape and position in special areas such as vertical curves, circular curves, and turnouts, making them closer to the designed line shape;
- "One-click" data processing solves the problems of difficult data processing and the need to use multiple software for processing; the data optimization software interface is open, and measurement data from other methods can also be optimized using this software;
- The measurement data is stable and has good repeatability;
- While reducing the track TOI, it also improves the comfort of train operation (the problem of swaying).
Scope of Application
This device is applicable to track inspection of all types of lines; it is particularly suitable for precise measurement of conventional speed railway lines and guiding the precision tamping operations of large-scale track maintenance machinery; it can also be used for relative measurement of ballastless tracks, guiding the replacement of fasteners/pads.
