Product Introduction
The Total Station Inertial Navigation Type Track Geometry Measurement Instrument (referred to as: AIS800T) is a track geometry measurement product that perfectly combines an inertial navigation system with a total station, balancing accuracy and efficiency. It can be used for all track precision measurement operations based on CPI.
System Features
- High Measurement Accuracy: It adopts an "absolute + relative" measurement method. The repeatability of gauge, superelevation, track direction, level, and short/long wave irregularities can reach an absolute precision of better than 1mm (excluding CPI errors) and a repeat measurement precision of 0.2mm.
- High Measurement Efficiency: The measurement trolley can be pushed quickly on the rail (no need for uniform speed). Every 120m (the distance between 2 CPI pairs, preferably not exceeding 200m), 6 to 8 CPI points are used for absolute constraints. During the entire measurement process, the total station does not need to be leveled, which greatly saves working time. The system's absolute control working efficiency can reach 2 to 3km/h. This system also supports absolute constraints using a single CPI point, with a working efficiency of up to 3 to 5km/h.
- Easy Operation: Modular design makes disassembly and assembly convenient. The software is well-designed with a simple and friendly interface. Data can be processed with a single click. The error-tolerant mechanism is comprehensive, and no professional personnel are required for operation.
- Advanced Data Processing: With a high-precision inertial navigation system at its core, it applies advanced multi-source data fusion technology to complete rapid precision measurement of tracks in dynamic mode. Data can be processed with a single click. For ballasted tracks, the software automatically generates track adjustment plans and seamlessly connects with large-scale track maintenance operations. For ballastless tracks, the software can simulate track adjustments and guide the replacement of fasteners/pads.
- Strong Environmental Adaptability: The device is not sensitive to influences such as temperature, wind force, and electromagnetic interference.
Scope of Application
This device is applicable to precision measurement operations of tracks on all lines with CPI layout, and the precision measurement data can be synchronously updated after the CPI data is updated.
