On June 7, 2023, the "Intermediate Training Course on 3D Trajectory Inertial Positioning Measurement of Underground Pipelines" commenced at Panyu Polytechnic in Guangzhou. The training was guided by the Underground Pipeline Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Surveying and Mapping, co-hosted by the School of Architectural Engineering at Panyu Polytechnic, Guangzhou City Urban Planning and Surveying Design Research Institute, and the Crossing Branch of New Energy Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., and co-organized by Guangzhou DaTie Ruiwei Technology Co., Ltd.
This training session is the first intermediate-level course centered on the 3D trajectory inertial positioning of pipelines and also marks the inaugural practical training since the completion of the pipeline inertial navigation 3D measurement site at Panyu Polytechnic, which was jointly constructed by DaTie Tech. Wang Yi, Deputy General Manager of DaTie Tech, and Liu Yi, Product Manager, shared with the trainees on the principles of inertial navigation and the basic operations and technical applications of pipeline inertial measurement equipment. On the last day of the training, colleagues from the product department conducted on-site practical training for the participants on the actual operation of pipeline inertial measurement. After a three-day training period, more than 60 participants passed the assessment and obtained their certificates.
As the co-organizer of this training, DaTie Tech provided three surveying and measuring devices worth a total of over one million yuan and arranged for technical personnel to conduct professional training for the participants in both theory and practice. The goal is to help the participants master practical skills, seamlessly meet work requirements, and enhance their technical level. As a member of the pipeline inertial measurement industry, DaTie Tech aims to contribute to the industry's prosperity with more professional products and technology, and to boost the development of pipeline inertial measurement.
