Shanghai Metro Line 9 CRTSIII type track plate fine adjustment

Project overview:

The third phase of Shanghai Metro Line 9 has a total length of 13.82 kilometers, all of which are underground lines, including nine stations: Fangdian Road station, Biyun Road Station, Pingdu Road Station, Jinqiao Station, Shenjiang Road Station, Jinhai Road Station (transfer with the completed Line 12), Gutang Road Station, Minlei Road Station and Caolu Station.

Caolu Station is the terminus of the third phase (East Extension) project of Shanghai Metro Line 9, located at the intersection of Jinhai Road and Jinzuan Road (Gonghua Road), the entire station is set along the east-west direction of Jinhai Road, with a total length of 385.4 meters, and a total of 6 entrances and 3 groups of wind pavilions.

This project starts from Caolu Station and terminates at Gutang Station.

Project content:

According to the subway construction line, this project is roughly divided into the following categories:

(1) Fine adjustment and retest of the straight line segment

(2) Fine adjustment and retest of the straight slow (curve) section

(3) Fine adjustment and retest in the middle (circular curve) section of the curve

(4) Fine adjustment and retest of the slow straight (curve) section

(5) The smoothness test of the whole line
